First as a high school math teacher, and eventually in executive leadership, I have remained passionate about education.
My commitment to public service has brought me to senior level government and social services spheres.
We have the opportunity each and every day to make the world a better, kinder, more just place and I bring this conviction into everything I do.
When not working, I can be found either enjoying the Colorado lifestyle or traveling with my husband, two boys and dogs.
Professional Experience
Chief-level executive in human capital as both a Chief Human Resource Officer and as an organizational leadership senior leader. Adept at connecting bodies of work to drive talent strategy, aligning core organizational priorities with talent development and performance. Expertise in diversity, equity and inclusion as well as adult learning and organizational development. Experience navigating a complex environment with ease and developing leaders of leaders to maximize their potential and build high performing teams. Success in partnering with a board and variety of stakeholders on complex, multi-faceted initiatives. Success in customizing solutions for different contexts and organizational size. Completed the Playing Big Facilitators Training with Tara Mohr.
